Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms cover the Kute client, the website kute.lol and the Kute server the client talks to (together "Kute"), operated by NullDev e.U., Bergmanngasse 61a, TOP 4, 8010 Graz, Austria, registered with the Austrian commercial register under FN 677239 (LG für ZRS Graz), VAT ID ATU80745035 ("we", "us"). By using Kute you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kute.

Mandatory provisions of Austrian and EU consumer protection law, in particular the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG), remain unaffected and prevail over any conflicting clause.

The client's source code is licensed under the GNU GPL-3.0. The server's source code is published for reference only and all rights are reserved: no license is granted to use, run, host, copy, modify or distribute it (see server/LICENSE). Versions of the server published before 14 October 2026 keep the license they were published under. Where a license and these terms overlap, the license applies to the code.

2. Krunker and fair play

Kute is an unofficial client and is not affiliated with Krunker or its operators. Krunker's Terms of Service apply to the game and to your account, and following them is your responsibility.

You may not use Kute for cheats, hacks or anything else that gives you an unfair advantage over other players, or for anything that violates Krunker's Terms of Service. This includes userscripts and swapped files you add yourself. Kute contains no cheats.

3. Fair use of the server

Do not overload or attack the server, send fake or manipulated data, or use the badge connection for anything other than the client's own features. We may block access that does.

4. Warranty and liability

Kute is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that it works on your PC, stays compatible with Krunker or is free of errors. Features and the server can change or go away at any time. The client keeps working without the server. Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), for personal injury and under the Austrian Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). Otherwise, and as far as mandatory law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence (leichte Fahrlässigkeit) or for damages from using Kute, for example lost game progress, account actions by Krunker's operators or data loss.

5. Privacy

What the client and the website process is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using Kute after a change means you accept it.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. For consumers habitually resident in another EEA Member State, the mandatory consumer protection law of that State remains unaffected (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).

For disputes with entrepreneurs (Unternehmer), the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Graz, Austria, has exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply (in particular § 14 KSchG and Art. 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).

8. Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
